  * New upstream bugfix-only release:
    + Fix blurred MyUnity icon.
    + Fix issue with quicklinks duplicate entry.
    + "Default Settings" button is now more visible. (LP: #965304)
  * patches/svg_install.patch: add to fix FTBFS due to myunity.svg not
    properly installed by upstream Makefile.
  * patches/series: add accordingly.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open myunity
  2. select the Theme tab
  3. change the icons (the icons change, etc, etc, automagically)

  Now there is no visible way of returning to the original Ubuntu icons.
  Furthermore, the only way to look for it is to try each theme (just
  selecting it does the trick, *even* if you are just trying to scroll
  down with the mouse)
