  nagios/thruk-slave incorrect permissions on livestatus directory

Status in Nagios Charm:

Bug description:
  The juju charm for either nagios and/or thruk-slave currently sets
  incorrrect permissions on the /var/lib/nagios3/livestatus directory.

  Should be:
  drwxrws--x 2 nagios www-data   4096 Feb 26 23:49 livestatus

  is:
  drw-rwS--- 2 nagios www-data    4096 Mar  2 01:39 livestatus

  This breaks interaction with thruk as thruk cannot access the socket
  inside this directory.
