A bug has been filed against nrpe-charm, because [1] has to be followed by [2] to actually remove hw-health nrpe checks from Nagios.

1. juju remove-relation principal hw-health
2. juju run --application nrpe hooks/config-changed

OTOH, I've also see that upgrade-charm makes the install hook be run several times, hence detecting and copying scripts several times until all the unit states are set.
