  pagerduty_nagios.pl enqueue is not proxy aware

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The pagerduty enqueue command is not proxy aware at all. The template
  should allow for the --proxy option to be specified (just like for the
  flush cronjob, which uses the same perl script).
