This feature wont likely make it into these charms, as the change is
non-trivial.

Tagging juju-lint project to identify when nagios enable_livestatus is
not true.

Bug description:
  When relating thruk-agent to nagios as a subordinate with the
  container:juju-info, Thruk-agent should be able to configure/override
  the nagios "enable_livestatus" config to be "true", as thruk-agent
  does not function without enable_livestatus=true.

  This bug is to track creation of the relation between nagios-charm and
  ~canonical-bootstack/charm-thruk-agent to enable this automatic
  relation-based configuration.
