Neon4 is currently a bit broken in trusty due to policy changes to dpkg
and upstream changes which require quite a bit of time to fix. We'll fix
it before trusty release I hope.

Package project-neon-strigi requires libavcodec53 but in trusty only
libavcodec54 is available.
