This issue is fixed.  After a fresh install of the 2014.06.27 release,
Muon package Updater works perfectly...  I don't see how to set status
to "Fixed".

  Credential prompt is not displayed for Muon package installation or

  New

Bug description:
  Muon packages and updates cannot be performed as the credential prompt
  is never displayed.  Running apt-get update and install from the
  terminal works fine.
