Ok, thanks to Holger it seems like we found the solution. RevAger uses
packages from sun.*. I opened up another bug to address this particular
issue:

Bug description:
After checking out the revager source code, it should be possible to compile it easily, in order to get started quickly. I would recommend adding an ant build script for this purpose.
