I propose to handle this item just as a 'usual bug' (not a feature
request) because we do not have to add any new features. We've to
correct some (many!!) deficits only. ;-) The other thing is that we've
to create a blueprint in case of a feature request which doesn't make so
much sense IMHO. What do you think?

Bug description:
The internal help must be written from the ground up again. It is (unfortunately) not consistent, complete and up-to-date in its current state.
