Bug description:
How to reproduce (1.2.1):
- Enter moderator mode
- Enter dialog for provision of review time and date
- Enter a date and time (i.e. 2pm)
Expected behavior:
- The review is planned at the time and date specified
Observed behavior:
- There is a clock skew of one hour between the entered date and the displayed date. This error also makes it into the invitiations, causing possible event planning problems.
Possible reasons:
- operating system uses date in greenwich format internally, but displays it according to the local timezone.
Suggested fixes:
- provide the time zone in the invitations and the ui
- default behavior: Use same time zone as locally displayed timezone but allow user to override
