I can confirm this problem. In my case (1024x768, default gnome desktop
in Ubuntu 10.04 with both panels) the popup is so big that you can't
reach the confirm/close buttons - in this case, all you can do is kill
the process. Therefore I am raising the importance of this bug.

Bug description:
When you run RevAger 1.3 with OpenJDK 6, you will get an oversized popup window inside the protocol frame (see screenshot attached). The problem appears when you add an attendee from the attendees pool.

Maybe other popup windows are affected as well!
