  Non-wizard mode should be supported as well

Bug description:
  Currently the review aspect manager is part of the "moderator mode". This
  does not seem very logical, since the aspect manager is opened up in a
  separate pop-up window, leaving the main RevAger window in some strange
  state, where only the wizard can be started again. You can also reach this
  state by simply closing the wizard on startup.

  RevAger is a review assistant, not a review wizard ;-) I think the solution
  RevAger provides here is not a common practice in most of today's apps
  (i.e. OpenOffice 3): Normally, if you click away the wizard at the
  beginning you are in a state, where you can say something like "open
  review" or "start new review". Just having the option to re-open the wizard
  is a bit confusing.
