Title:
  Placement of the "general impression" text field in scribe mode does
  not match the usual workflow

Bug description:
  Currently, RevAger allows to enter the general impression in the
  scribe's session dialog as well. The problem with this is, that the
  general impression should be in the *first* tab, since the normal
  workflow follows the tabs from left to right, starting with the first
  active tab. Unfortunately, the appropiate edit field is currently
  placed inside the third tab, which is pretty counter-intuitive.

  Any ideas for a redesign?
