I thought that I would make you aware of  and respond to a recent email.
Ubuntu is restructuring the way Local Community Teams are recognized
within the Ubuntu Community. This is done by a board and does not affect
the activities of this team. Although a recent email we have received
states that this team was declined does not even reflect that we were
attempting to become a LoCo Team.

The purpose and intent of New User Experience Team is to discover the
issues that new ubuntu users have with the ubuntu software and document
them accordingly so improvements can be made.

So please disregard that previous message as we are active.
