Not so sure about this one, Leigh.
Even though the last edit date goes back to 2011, we're speaking about a
server edition and I'm not sure if there has been any drastic or
substantial changes to that HowTo since generally a server release cycle
takes is similar to the LTS's releases cycle.
So, IMHO, he should hang on this one for the time being.

This one is hard because in what CUDA is concerned I'm completely in the
dark, since the last edit goes back to September, 2012 I would consider it
abandoned.
