Hello all,

There has already been work going in on testing cleanup.  We need a lot more.  I'm looking for someone to lead this effort. Nati Ueno is doing a great job with adding a lot of tests and improving coverage, but I don't know how busy he is with the openstack-ci effort.  Is there anyone that feels strongly about unit testing that wants to lead this effort?
