  Todo: dbAccess_test.cpp should log test results

Status in The New Real Time Battle Project:

Bug description:
  The dbAccess test program properly sets up logging and reports it's
  configuration status, but does not log the results of the actual test
  run. Results of all tests should be saved to the log file to preserve
  the results for simpler debugging of build and test issues.
