The 'Tools' menu seems a good place. Perhaps there an option to start
backup restore would also be useful.
In addition, it would seem logical that when setting destination in the
config gui, when old backups are detected there, the upgrade option can
be mentioned in a popup, or, even better, an upgrade button shown.
