It's been going for over 10 hours straight now.  The snar file keeps
growing.

The main problem is, I don't know how large the snar file is supposed to
get (it's now at about 3.5 megabytes), or what is even in it.

The files.tar.gz is about 23 gigs.  If the snar file is going to get
that big, that means I would have to wait another 8 years before the
process finishes.

I tried to use sbackup, but the restore just stopped proceeding after a
couple of minutes.
