[Bug 335450] Re: GConf error when run as cronjob
This bug still persist!
Linux yorkfield 2.6.32-24-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Aug 20 14:21:58 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux
root@yorkfield:~# dpkg -i | grep sbackup
ii sbackup 0.10.5ubuntu2.1
Simple Backup Suite for desktop use
Running sbackup script (/etc/cron.daily/sbackup) from shell as root
seems to work. Backups are written even with this error e-mailed by root
suggested fix is applying
eval `dbus-launch --sh-syntax`
export DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
export DBUS_SESSION_BUS_PID
to /etc/cron.daily/sbacjup
As I can see this bug is marked as "New" from 2009? Great... is there
will be any fix somewhere around 2020?
