Please give more information about your setup:
* do you include any directories located on external disks (usb) or NFS or windows shares/NTFS partitions?
* do you run any other software (e.g. virus scanner) that might modify the access or modification time (atime, mtime) of your files?

Moreover, please provide a full log in debug mode (set output level to
debug in configuration gui) for both types of backups (incr, full).
Remove any sensible or private path names etc. if you want! I'm
especially interested in the backup summary where some numbers
(included, skipped...) are listed.
