Message #01994
[Bug 696183] Re: Failed to set GID to `admin`: 'getgrnam(): name not found: admin'
Thank you for using SBackup and for taking the time reporting this bug.
You're describing 2 different things that happen:
1. an error message stating "Failed to set GID to `admin`: 'getgrnam(): name not found: admin'" which actually isn't an error.
2. the notification error "No desktop session found. Indicator application is not started."
This bug deals with 1) and I've already commited a fix for it.
Issue 2) is dealt with here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/sbackup/+bug/697654. Please add further
comments there.
Thanks for your help.
** Description changed:

I installed sbackup on Mint LMDE from source and the installation went fine with all dependencies are met.
When I run it it terminates with this output.
Can someone help me to solve this?
