[Question #163867]: 'Schedule' tab is greyed out - how do I start sbackup with Administrator privileges in Ubuntu 11.04?
New question #163867 on sbackup:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sbackup/+question/163867
Hi,
I'm trying to use sbackup in Ubuntu 11.04, having successfully used it in several earlier versions of ubuntu.
I need Administrator privileges to schedule backups, but I can't understand how to run sbackup as Administrator in ubuntu 11.04.
(Other users have had this problem in 10.04 (for example https://answers.launchpad.net/sbackup/+question/139554), and the solution has been posted here: https://answers.launchpad.net/sbackup/+faq/1445 and here: https://answers.launchpad.net/sbackup/+faq/1322.)
But these answers are not relevant to Ubuntu 11.04.
My question is: how do I run sbackup in Administrator mode so that I can schedule backups?
I want to run the config utility manually, and then let sbackup take care of my backups in the background.
Thank you.
