This makes sense. We already save the individual tests that are selected so we should probably save the categories as well.
However, this doesn't belong in the .nunit file. It will go in the visual state file with similar info.

As allready discussed at:

and something simular here:

it would be good that every NUnit project file remember over what subset (choosen by category) of tests runned last time in the ".nunit" file.
So with the couple of different NUnit project files one can easilly switch between different test groups.
