Hi Dennis,
I assume you also have settings like this near the start of
Main.config...
<configSections>
<sectionGroup name="NUnit">
<section name="TestRunner"
type="System.Configuration.NameValueSectionHandler"/>
</sectionGroup>
</configSections>
How are you executing the tests? That is, what's the command line.

Now if only any of them worked..
