  TestFixtureSetup does not show stacktrace when it fails.

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Please provide stack trace for fixture failures. It becomes very easy
  to debug such failures, otherwise we are just left with one message
  that fixture failed..without really telling the reason.
