I downloaded the binary distribution (zipped folder) and ran all the
tests. 3001 of 3003 passed, and 2 were skipped.

Bug description:
  When downloaded nUnit installer (NUnit-2.5.10.11092.msi).. trying to
  run it popup following error message... doesn't show any other screen
  / message but this one.... Not able to install / use it...
