Title:
  NUnit.exe ignores categories when using /run option

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Running nunit with a command-line like
    nunit.exe some.dll /run /include:somecategory
  causes the category to be selected in the gui correctly but all tests are executed.
