  Add /cleanup to nunit-console.exe

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:

Bug description:
  The nunit GUI executable currently has a /cleanup option. It makes
  sense to have the same option added to nunit-console.exe for
  situations where we can't afford to have any error messages pop up
  when something didn't quite work.
