  DomainUsage.None setting crashes nunit-gui

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:

Bug description:
  The gui does not support DomainUsage.None. If the XML Settings file is
  edited to contain that setting or if it is used in a package, then the
  Gui crashes without any explanation. Since this restriction is
  particular to the gui, the gui should detect it and give an error
  message.
