We now have a lot of more tests, two or three hundreds.  It is very difficult to find tests. I think this is really important. Not only the test name, also in the Hierarchy and the testcasename (from data or method).  
The next step should be a filter for the display and a fast selection (all displayed). Filter should be work as find, addiotinal categories, culture or platform. Something else needed?

  I am using NUnit in a big project, contains thousands of unit test
  cases. It will be great if you can implement a "Find Test" feature.
  Which helps any one to Find Test case by providing the Test Name,
  various find options like, "Starts with, Contains, EndsWith".
