Title:
  Adding or Removing a category in the Gui causes an exception

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When selecting as category in the gui categories panel and clicking
  add, an exception is thrown. If you select Continue, the category is
  successfully added. If you remove it, an exception is again thrown,
  althought the category is removed.
