  For development work under TeamCity, we need to support nunit2
  formatted output under direct-runner

Bug description:
  NUnit-Console can provide XML output using the nunit2 schema. We need
  to provide the same thing under direct-runner, which is used for our
  teamcity builds and tests of the framework.
