Actually, this already exists in the 3.0 console runner. The NUnitlite
feature will be able to use part of the 3.0 code.

  add v2 results output for continuous integration server support

Bug description:
  Continuous integrations servers like Bamboo and Teamcity do not
  support nunit 3 xml results.

  Add support for legacy results files so that nunitlite can be used
  with a continuos integration server
