NUnit V2 has been upgraded to 0.91. NUnitLite and NUnit 3.0 will use
NAnt 0.92. Future bugs regarding tool upgrades should probably be
separated for each project.

Bug description:
  We need to test both releases and upgrade to  whichever works for us.
  Since 0.91 is alpha, we may prefer to stick with 0.90.
