Title:
  New text output tab doesn't display anything until NUnit is closed and
  re-opened

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:

Bug description:
  On the default 'text output' tab, standard/error/trace-output shows up
  all fine. But when I create a new tab (settings -> text output ->
  select tab -> new...), the new tab will not show any output at all
  even though all checkboxes are checked.

  Note: This is related to this bug
  [https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1033967], and I added a comment there
  before I figured that this should be a bug report on it's own.

  Details: This bug relates to the NUnit GUI test runner 'nunit-x86.exe'
  version 2.6.1, downloaded from nuget (NUnit.Runners.2.6.1), running on
  Windows 7 64-bit.
