  Remove samples from base NUnit distribution

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:

Bug description:
  The samples add complexity to the NUnit distribution and are probably
  better being separately distributed anyway. In particular, many users
  are not able to build samples installed in a directory under Program
  Files.

  We'll remove the samples from the binary zip and msi distributions and
  provide them as a separate zip file.
