We've "fixed" it already in trunk, by switching back to CallContext but
modifying what we store so that it will go to the logical call context. The
good thing is that you'll not get the NIE anymore, but the test context
will not work correctly with tests using threads, which is probably not
something you can about anyways.

  2.6.2 gives me System.NotImplementedException when trying to run on
  Mono. It appears that TestExecutionContext depends on
  CallContext.LogicalSetData which has not yet been implemented in any
  version of Mono:
