We're glad to take bugs that pertain to the build of pNUnit that's
included with NUnit, but for problems with the version downloaded from
the Plastic site, you should contact them.

Title:
  PNUnit file not found exception with console command: "start agent
  agent.conf"

Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:

Bug description:
  I am following the instructions at your website
  (http://www.plasticscm.com/infocenter/technical-articles/pnunit.aspx)
  to get the demo test working with PNUnit, and I get an unhandled
  exception as seen in the attached image. When debugging, I see it is a
  file not found unhandled exception. Is it because there is no
  "agent.conf" file included in the ZIP file here
  (http://www.plasticscm.com/releases/pnunit/PNUnit_bin.zip)?
