  Theory results are not reported correctly

Status in NUnit Test Result Reporting:
  Triaged
Status in NUnit V2 Test Framework:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Since there is no info in the result file to identify a test method as
  a theory, tests that fail the assumptions for the theory are reported
  as failures. Ideally, assumption failures should be reported as
  inconclusive but they could simply be ignored for now.
