Well, there is no wiki on LP. The Blueprint itself only has
a few text fields and doesn't support stuff you would expect
on a wiki, like text layout and version history. They designed
it to only hold the "metadata" about a specification, 
including the URL to the full spec.

We can use (are using actually) LP alone for work items that
don't require much of a writeup. We could use the wiki 
alone, but without the tracking against code branches,
bugs, etc. that LP provides.

What you point out is one of the big deficiencies in LP.
It's one that has been discussed on the user list and will
probably be worked on in future releases.

Meanwhile, I guess we do need both.
