Hi Stewart, I have not had time to answer you. Can you please try the
latest beta 1.77 that I just uploaded. I do not think the problem is
cured there since you said it was not before, but just to be sure,
please test it. I have at the moment no idea why it does not work for
you so I want to get rid of as much choices for possible confusion as
possible.
