Please sync alt-ergo 0.91-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

    "best" alternative, and not "opt".

  * New upstream release.
  * Update my email address and remove DMUA
  * Refresh packaging (dh-ocaml, dh overrides, quilt)
