The unison Debian package also has an open ticket to package unison-
fsmonitor: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=819341

If the Ubuntu package depends on or is the same as Debian's package
(something I didn't check) then it must be fixed first.

  fsmonitor missing

Status in unison package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I noticed that both the code and the binary doesn't include fsmonitor.py nor unison-fsmonitor so users are unable to use -repeat watch function of unison.
  It is however included in the original (devs website) in version 2.40
  Is that done purposely?
