Hello,

I've added a new script, boottime.py, to the oem-qa-tools branch. This script
looks for the latest results stored by bootchart and writes to stdout the boot time.

Optionally a bootchart file maybe passed as argument if the files aren't stored
in the expected place ('/var/log/bootchart').

Please note that the script needs both bootchart and pybootchartgui packages
installed and at least one bootchart result file available (i.e. having rebooted
the machine at least once since bootchart package was installed).

As usual, please let me know if you have any comment/suggestion to improve the
script.
