The inability to set the submask in network manager 0.7 is also
affecting the dell mini build of hardy.

Bug description:
With gnome and nm-applet i have no problem, i have configured my static IP connection and it works just right, but if i change to KDE 4 (it uses knetworkmanager to manage the connection) then it just does not recognize it and even if i introduce it again it doesn't work.
My system is: Kubuntu intrepid ibex beta, AMD 64 bits version.
