[Bug 387631] Re: aircraft-manager incompatible with network-manager-0.7.0

The version number (12.1) in the ppa is in conflict with the official
version of aircraft-manager (belmont11), as it appears to be older than
the current version. I renamed the patched version
belmont11.2~ppa1~hardy1. (other than that everything is the same).
Binary attached.

Status in Dell Inspiron Mini with Custom Dell UI: New

Bug description:
The latest updates from the dell-mini repository installed network-manager-0.7.0. This version of network-manager is incompatible with aircraft-manager-belmont11.

Activity
---------
Open aircraft-manager. Uncheck WiFi and click OK.

Expected
------------
WiFi radio is disabled and Wireless disabled in network-manager.

Actual
--------
WiFi radio is disabled but Wireless is not disabled in network-manager, so network-manager constantly attempts to re-establish network connectivity.

Work-around
----------------
Right-click on network-manager applet icon in status area and uncheck 'Enable Wireless'.

Fix for Code
---------------
See https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+question/67614.

PS: I have previously tried to find an avenue to report bugs to the upstream maintainer, including sending direct e-mail. So far, I have been unsuccessful. I will likely upload a fixed version of the program to my PPA repository at some point in the near future so that there will at least be a working version available.
