Alright, so it seems like we agree on using Markdown for inline 
documentation (oocdocs) and for handwritten documentation. I think we 
need to make clear if pandoc can handle the needed inter-doc links or if 
we have to hack our modifications into it.

Also, both beutdeuce's explain backend and wandernauta's herdscribe look 
like good bases. We just have to agree on one.

And also, who would take responsibility over the documentation 
(implementation) part? :)
