Brian,

Ok, I will wait for a solution of the /et/init.d files.

Your /etc/apache2/conf.d/openbravo-erp.conf config file is ok, I think
the problem is with the mod_jk module.

Could be possible that you have this module disable? Can you check
that this module is in /etc/apache2/mods-enabled directory.
