Hi Juan,

I tested this out on an ec2 instance by:

1.) Building the package
2.) dpkg -i on the package
3.) apt-get -f install to install the deps

This failed with exit code 137.  IIRC this was the race condition we saw
earlier when Java is not already installed.

I then ran a reconfigure on it and it hung on opnebravo-tomcat starting
